More robust than Amazon.$214M of revenue was transacted through PAS last year — when fully launches, aim to bring in an additional $21M.• Cart and Checkout experience: revamped and unified UI for desktop and mobile, redesigned interaction and visual language. After 12 months, total revenue increased by over $100M and ‘Checkout to Buy’ conversion increased by 4%.• Online Coupons: designed new coupon discount system implemented across customer funnel. After two months, brought in $500k of revenue (571 orders with an Average Order Volume of $906).• Membership Shipping: designed free shipping program for enrolled members. After first year, total revenue was nearly $90 million. Helped to increase customer Orders by 23% and customer Revenue by 74%.• Add-to-Cart modal: redsigned and improved UI to promote attaching Accessories. As a result, Attach Rate increased by 42%, and Orders With Attachment grew by 32%.• Quotes, Bundles, and Favorites experiences: redesigned to allow manage\\amend\\transact online.
