Responsible for the planning and execution of construction projects for new ArchWell Health centers in emerging and expanding markets. • Coordinate with cross functional teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance with local regulations, and oversight of all phases of the construction process from design to operational turnover• Work closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.• Provide oversight of planning, design, and construction of ArchWell Health centers, with a core focus on managing the end-to-end construction process• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to drive projects to completion in accordance with established timeframes• Provide oversight during center setup activities and handoff to Operations• Participate in capital expenditure projections and budget tracking• Lead project status meetings with key client stakeholders and internal SMEs to update on progress, raise any issues or risks, and discuss proposed mitigation strategies to ensure on-time market launches• Assist in exterior signage coordination and other marketing related needs
