I am a tested leader with a passion for challenge and a desire to have strategic impact on the world at large. As a Special Forces Officer and Green Beret I managed complex, high-intensity security problems in ambiguous environments around the world. As a US advisor and team leader, I coached and supported foreign civil, security, and military leaders to advance strategic initiatives by building rapport, communicating through language and cultural barriers, and cultivating lasting, meaningful relationships with our allies. Over ten years I managed several hundred people by building trust and instilling a shared sense of purpose.
