As GiaCare’s Business Development Manager, I lead capture strategy, project management, and business development efforts across federal healthcare staffing and occupational health programs. My work supports critical agencies including the Department of Defense, NASA, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), with a focus on delivering mission-ready solutions through compliant and cost-effective staffing strategies.I served as Capture Manager for the $43B DHA MQS2 Next Generation (MQS2NG) contract, working directly with partner JV Presidents and subcontractors. GiaCare—partner member of the AMG and GiaCare JV—was awarded a position as 1 of only 17 small businesses in the Small Business Pool, receiving award on all Areas of Consideration (AOCs) nationwide.Previously, I supported the $7.5B MQS contract from pre-award through execution. I continue to support its success under GiaMed Alliance JV, where GiaCare serves as the managing member. In this role, I lead task order management, pricing, compliance oversight, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day operations for active contracts.In addition, I serve as GiaCare’s Data Manager, supporting internal reporting and analytics across contracts and proposals. I implemented and manage our HubSpot CRM, maintaining a centralized system for tracking contacts, contract actions, and proposal timelines. I also design and maintain pricing tools to support cost estimation, compensation modeling, and competitive pricing strategies.I thrive on navigating complex procurements, building lasting partnerships, and delivering high-impact solutions.
