Responsible for overseeing and facilitating weekly membership events for our private members club. Includes logistical planning and coordination prior to each event, as well as staffing, setting up, breaking down, and supervising the event itself.• Foster and help curate branded events for our members. Partnering with well-known brands such as Patrón Tequila, Show Me Your Mumu, Nosotros Tequila, Red Bull, and SPLITS59 to name a few, to create an intimate, personalized experience for each event.• Act as Membership Concierge for our members and provide a supreme level of service as well as administer our membership-only areas, ensuring members will feel valued, supported, and have a highly enjoyable experience.• Fulfill the Supervisory role of our team – hiring and onboarding, processing invoices, scheduling, and payroll for each employee as well as providing guidance and support to ensure that our staff and the company are in a successful, reciprocal relationship.• Collaborate with other teams on-property and any outside vendors to ensure that members’ needs are being exceeded and that the organization surpasses its projected goals.
