As a Principal & Co-Founder of A3 Engineering, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of a new engineering firm that specializes in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and consulting services. With 10+ years of experience in the engineering industry, I have a strong background in architectural engineering, project management, and business development.Prior to launching A3 Engineering in August 2022, I was a Business Sector Practice Manager and a Project Manager at Henderson Engineers, where I managed key clients, design staff, and performance of a group of individuals across multiple states and sectors. I successfully delivered mixed-use, specialty retail, and tenant improvement projects, and saved several clients thousands of dollars by providing change order review services during construction. I also contributed to the development and establishment of the company\'s BIM standards and content as a mechanical designer. At A3 Engineering, I leverage my skills and expertise in MEP design, HVAC design, Revit, and BIM to provide high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective engineering solutions to our clients.
