Practice Manager - R & d Consultant Development Program @Veeva Systems

As a Practice Manager in the Consultant Development Program R&D, I am helping to build the R&D Generation Veeva Practice by recruiting, on-boarding and mentoring Associate Consultants as they navigate through their professional consultant careers at Veeva. I have been lucky enough to have managed over 50 Associates during my almost 3 years in this role. The average number of direct reports on my team varies betwen 20-25 Associate Consultants. Additional responsibilities include: Mentor and guide team of associates in the R&D Services Organization Help team members understand Vault Implementation methodology Be a resource for all Regulatory focused associates to help learn and understand RIM functionality Work with Associate Consultants on career development
