I have over 25 years of deals and transactions experience across a wide range of industries and global territories. In 1997, I set up the Scottish Transaction Services team and, in 2014, I took on the role of UK Energy Utilities Mining and Infrastructure (EUMI) Transaction Services leader, supporting a 90 strong team. I have particular experience in the oil and gas (Exploration & productions, mid/downstream and services), engineering services/products areas and over the years have gained a niche expertise in drinks sector - most notably, Scotch whisky. I have extensive experience across all aspects of M&A activity including acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and IPO\'s and private equity. Out of the office, I am a veteran scuba diver and examiner for the Scottish Sub-Aqua club, keen cyclist, and retired boxer. Please note that I do not issue job offers for roles at PwC.
