Retired Coast Guard aviator and officer with 20 years of experience, now continuing on with my aviation career at American Airlines as a widebody First Officer.My military experience includes over 5,500 hours of total flight time and 2,400 hours as Pilot-In-Command in primarily the Lockheed HC-130H aircraft. Extensive experience in international, multi-mission Coast Guard operations to include search and rescue, law enforcement, disaster and humanitarian response. Served as the Assistant Operations Officer (Assistant Chief Pilot) and HC-130H Flight Examiner/Instructor Pilot at the Coast Guard’s busiest air station. Previous experiences include leading an Administration Department, overseeing all pay, travel and administrative matters for over 480 personnel. Also, served as a Ground and Flight Safety Officer for 4 years in Alaska and Florida, proven track record of exceptional performance in crew resource management instruction, accident/mishap investigation, and safety management systems. Obtained a Bachelors in Aviation Science and Masters in Aeronautics with Systems Safety Specialization.
