   Leading the digital effort to shift Forrester from a product-centric engagement model to a client-outcome focused engagement model. This new model puts a client’s key business objectives at the center of how Forrester engages with them across both human and digital channels. This initiative spawned from a design sprint I led with cross-functional and cross-level stakeholders. Partner with Forrester’s CMO, customer experience, and customer success functions to design and deliver the new client-outcome focused engagement model. Drive customer retention by establishing strategies and designing experiences that meet client needs across the entire customer journey. Partner with product, engineering, and customer experience functions to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for customers and employees. Manage agency and vendor relationships, including with our digital agency who we’ve successfully partnered with since 2020.
