During my time with Deloitte I completed work across a variety of financial services businesses, delivering internal audit and advisory work, both as part of outsourced contracts and co-source arrangements. As part of my previous role at the Co-operative Bank I provide assurance activities designed to detect compliance failures and breaches across all products and channels and SME guidance, while supporting and developing the assurance team to ensure an effective working environment, employee commitment, engagement and high performance.
