ABOUT DREW PICKETT
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health & Wellness Design at the Indiana University School of Public Health- Bloomington (IUSPHB). I also hold faculty affiliations with the Center for Health by Design (CHxD), IU Center for Aging Research (IUCAR) at Regenstrief Institute, Inc, the Center for Sexual Health Promotion (CSHP), and the Center for Rural Engagement (CRE). My research focuses on creating and sustaining inclusive health behavior interventions and physical activity programs to support physical, mental, and social wellbeing for a diverse range of participants. My currently funded projects leverage my experience working with underserved populations to conduct foundational research (i.e, NIH Stage 0-Ib) and develop tailored interventions to support informal/family caregivers of people living with Alzheimer\'s Disease (AD) and AD-related dementias (AD/ADRD).
