Currently working in a technical support role by answer calls for customers and troubleshooting a wide variety of machines that range from newly manufactured to more than forty years old. Providing service quotes to customers and scheduling service trips for our field service technicians, handling the logistics and communications between the customers and our company to make sure the service trips and general field service operations continue to run smoothly. Providing support for various departments including aftermarket parts, sales, applications, and engineering. Working on providing continuous process improvements and smoother flow of operations in general through automation of day to day or mudane tasks using Excel or securing additional equipment.
