Promoted to director of mood & wellness programming, leading a group responsible for the performance of functional music across a variety of genres on the platform including jazz, new age, classical, pop, indie and reggae. HIGHLIGHTS • Launched Pandora’s wellness genre, working cross-functionally to market our offering, and building a suite of stations including “Sleep Radio”, “Meditation Radio”, and “Relaxing Radio” that generate 40M+ streams per week combined, with “Relaxing Radio” becoming a top 15 best-performing station on Pandora out of over stations. • Executed partnership with acclaimed composer, Max Richter, to bring an exclusive takeover to Pandora’s Sleep Radio in celebration of World Sleep Day, resulting in a 11% increase in listening on the station. • Leveraged first party search data and Pandora’s music genome data to build “Happy Radio”, the highest performing station built on Pandora since 2019, generating 8M+ streams per week and 100M+ hours of listening to date. • Boosted streams of catalog music 12M+ streams per week by creating a suite of high-performing mood & activity stations including “Life’s A Beach Radio, “Summer Radio”, “Heartbreak Radio”, “Sad Radio” and “90s Radio”. • Secured an exclusive album from top meditation artist, Liquid Mind, working cross-functionally to develop the on and off-platform marketing strategy, resulting in the album becoming the most streamed meditation album in 2022. • Executed collaboration with Dr. Suzanne Hanser, president of the international association of music and medicine, to create mood-managing playlists with licensed music therapists for mental health awareness month. • Represent music programming team in all product facing initiatives: search, internal programming tools, for you, industry charts, algorithmic programming. • Host and program director of \"The Pandora Ten\" on SiriusXM
