Healthy Food. Every Person. Every Day. That\'s the mission and vision at Second Harvest - the largest distributor of no-cost food products for those in need in the Inland Northwest. Every year through the support of generous donors, Second Harvest procures and distributes millions of pounds of healthy, nutritious food. We deliver that food safely to 250 food banks and meal programs across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. This program is sustainable, efficient and powerful.But we can\'t do it without you. As Chief Resource Officer I lead our development team to build relationships and raise resources to End Hunger in the Inland Northwest. Ending Hunger would be transformational for our communities. With enough food to ensure no one wonders where their next meal is coming from, children can feel secure knowing their basic needs will be met. Families and seniors can focus on remaining stable in their homes, assuring productivity and lowering social service as well as healthcare costs. Thanks to the generous support of donors meals are provided every day. We have the expertise, knowledge and energy to do more and close the \"missing meals gap\" and make healthy food available to every person who needs it every day. That\'s how we Fight Hunger and Feed Hope.
