Reporting to the Senior Executive Director, this role collaborates with program directors, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure programs are safe, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals. Some responsibilities include staff development, fiscal management, program design and development, and community engagement to improve the branch’s overall operating performance, fidelity, and community impact.
