A Commercial Assistant at Mears Group (MPS) with Finance, Audit, Accounts, Admin and Recruitment ExperienceRecently I was a Recruitment Consultant at Academics Ltd, a leading national education recruitment agency, where I found and placed qualified teachers and education support staff for various schools in SEN. I graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting and Finance, and I have completed the Certificate Level of the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification. My core competencies include work groups, communication, and interpersonal skills, which I have developed and demonstrated throughout my education and work experiences.Before joining Academics Ltd, I gained valuable audit experience as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Lindeyer Francis Ferguson and a Audit Graduate Trainee at Crowe UK, where I worked with diverse clients and teams, performed audit procedures, and prepared financial statements and reports.I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have also completed the International Baccalaureate which enhanced my global awareness, social responsibility, and leadership skills and my ability to process and encourage critical thinking and development for a better tomorrow!
