Design and provisioning done at the OCN and Wave Levels. • Coordinate appropriate ASR related activities to Local Exchange Carrier and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (LEC/CLEC) providing escalations as needed to meet business needs. • Created a 110-page training manual for myself and the future employees that arrived shortly after me that encapsulated how to do our jobs and all the different types of nuances we learned as we went along.
