I am currently the Vice President of Technology in the Compound Semiconductor Division of Veeco Instruments in Somerset, NJ.Specialties- Semiconductor and electronic materials growth and processing (MBE, PVD, MOCVD, HVPE, ALD, epiwafer processing)- Gallium nitride (GaN) crystal growth and epitaxial films, gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (InP) epitaxial films, oxide thin films and metal deposition, and materials characterization - SiC epi process development and deposition equipment design- Materials application engineering for optical (microLEDs, LEDs, laser diodes, detectors), power electronic and RF electronic (HEMT, FET, Schottky), and MEMS applications - Equipment and component development for materials processing: HVPE, MOCVD, MBE, PVD, thermal evaporation- Device process and manufacturing development: microLED, LED, HEMT, power devices- Vacuum thermal evaporation processing of OLED materials.Business development, intellectual property development, strategic business planningTeam building, business leadership, and culture development
