Our core Information Technology service offerings include:· Application Development & Maintenance· Application Migration· Quality Assurance and Software Testing· Product Engineering· Oracle EBS & Analytics· Big Data/TIBCO· Business Process Management· Staff AugmentationAs a Business Development Manager I am responsible for seeking out new opportunities, having a proven track record of successful solution sales experience in a business-to-business environment.Responsibilities- Selling Outsourced Accounting Services (Tax, Assurance, Advisory, CAS/Bookkeeping) and IT Staff Augmentation services to medium and large-sized customers.(Averages range from $10 million to $2 billion in annual revenue)- Creating and executing a business development strategy for accessible market areas- Providing leadership and guidance to Inside Sales team and Account Executives- Work with Marketing in creating and managing Sales campaigns- Manage the Contract Renewal Process, RFPs- Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets- Actively manage CRM (Salesforce) with new sales opportunities - Represent BCT at Industry Exhibitions (trade shows) and Conferences, podcasts, etc.
