Our water and wastewater practice specializes in the design of water conveyance & treatment facilities, wastewater collection & treatment facilities; pump & lift stations; electrical & instrumentation; construction management & inspection; municipal permitting; water & wastewater modelling and planning; and water district management. Our water conveyance experience includes new and rehabilitation of water lines up to 108” diameter. Our water treatment experience includes groundwater plants, water wells, and surface water treatment plants, specializing in facilities up to 20 MGD. Our wastewater collection experienced includes new and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines up to 72” diameter. Our wastewater treatment experience includes process analysis, wastewater treatment plants, sludge processing facilities, and reclaimed water systems, specializing in facilities up to 20 MGD. Our pump & lift station experience includes sanitary lift stations, potable water pump stations, and storm water pump stations up to 95 MGD. Our electrical & instrumentation experience includes low and medium power supply, monitoring, and controls for water & wastewater facilities, lighting design, generators, SCADA development, and PLC programming. Our construction management & inspection experience includes full time oversight of contractors working on public water and wastewater facilities that on average total $400M+ in aggregate. Our municipal permitting experience includes TPDES permitting, MS4 program development and management, and industrial user pretreatment program develop and management. Our water & wastewater modeling & planning experience includes the development of systemwide models to support development of CIPs and Master Plans. Our water district management includes supporting over 100 water districts across Texas including consultation, utility extensions, sidewalks, parks, and CIP development. Our 150+ person Texas team’s experience includes a wide array of project types (new, expansion, rehabilitation, replacement, etc.) and sizes (0.1 MGD - 100 MGD) all across the State of Texas.
