I am a CEO hospitality real estate investor, former public company CEO, and strategic leader with over two decades of experience creating value across Canada and the U.S. As CEO of InnVest REIT, I led Canada’s largest hotel investment company, overseeing 95 hotels and delivering a $2B sale at a 38% premium. Today, as President & CEO of FullG Capital, I focus on differentiated investments, building high-performing teams, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
