   Currently, I am working as Global IT Director at Destaco, where I supervise three IT managers and nine indirect reports, assess performance, identify skill gaps, evaluate training needs, and conduct training sessions to improve productivity and efficiency. I formulate and implement $6 million global IT budget, monitor expenditures, and implement controls to minimize wastage and budget variance.
