Greenhouse gases are growing and it’s my interest to find renewable and sustainable ways to reduce them as well as our dependency on fossil fuels. I have spent 30+ years innovating, educating, and selling solutions to mitigate this problem by designing, developing, and deploying electric propulsion, energy storage, energy conversion, and energy management in many markets. I use my well-developed background to bring disparate fields together for one comprehensive solution. I’ve always recognized the synergetic advantage of combining diverse elements to create a product greater than the sum of its parts while keeping simplicity in mind. This is shown in my achievements and multiple patents and the many recommendations. I provide engineering services and consulting to clients in emerging energy storage and electrification markets. A few examples are household appliances, residential and commercial power, automotive and commercial vehicles, and watercraft. I have been a key player and patent holder in disruptive technologies such as propulsion, electric machines, renewable energy, energy storage, refrigerated transportation, last-mile EV delivery, technical sales, and merger and acquisitions. All is possible because of my understanding of trends, markets, technology, history of working in a variety of fields, talent for forming relationships, and ability to identify relationships and needs not currently being filled and develop plans for emergence into the market. As a leader, I have been responsible for technical developments and progress across multiple functional groups, as well as technical sales. My leadership style and personality bring together distinct cultures, talents, disciplines, and customers to find unique and innovative solutions to complex problems and profitability in the infinite game of sustainability.
