I am trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapies, and experiential/emotion-focused therapy. I find it to be particularly helpful when the work of therapy is amplified by mindfulness and meditation, when appropriate. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples of all ages with various challenges including, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulty navigating relationships, and life transitions.
