About Drishti Jindal

I am a Dentist graduated from Inderprastha Dental College & Hospital, with experience in various dental procedures from routine check-ups to complex oral surgeries. During my time in practice, I developed strong clinical skills, worked closely with patients, and learned the importance of teamwork in a healthcare setting. While I have always been interested in healthcare, it was during my clinical experience that I became curious about how the healthcare system works beyond the clinic. I started exploring healthcare management and realized I was deeply interested in how hospitals, clinics, and healthcare businesses are run. This curiosity led me to shift my career path from clinical dentistry to the management side of healthcare. I’m now transitioning into the non-clinical side of healthcare, actively seeking roles such as Medical Advisor, Medical Analyst, Medical Researcher, Clinical Research Associate, in Healthcare Digital Marketing and others where I can use both my medical background and growing interest in management to make a positive impact.
