As well, my extensive teaching experiences have given me the background needed to be an effective leader and administrator. My goals are to train and motivate teachers and to help all students develop the skills, knowledge, and motivation needed to be successful.During my teaching career, I had the opportunity to educate a diverse population of students with various learning styles and abilities. In these positions, I honed my skills in classroom instruction and management, the integration of technology, lesson planning, and engaging students in active learning.
