I am dynamic, creative and detailed oriented person, with refined design and visual skills. I possess experience in assorted disciplines such as multi-residential and single family housing, mix-use and commercial buildings.Over the past years I have acquired important skills and knowledge which have helped develop and expand my architectural understandings. I also own a set of unique design, technical and computer skills with polished comprehension of Autodesk Revit, CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and some model making, three-dimensional printing and animation software. In addition, I offer excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, with significant leadership qualifications that grant me to work well independently or in a team environment. I have supplemented my architectural knowledge with an associates in Graphic Design and liberal art courses.Furthermore, I am passionate, quick learner and hard-working designer looking forward to equip myself with fundamental architectural skills that will aid me build a better tomorrow.

   Review, assessment and set up of Architectural, MEP/FP models in Revit. Linking all trade models (Arch/MEP/FP/Structural/Telecom/Security/AV/etc.) for both internal departments and external consultants- Set up and host models on Consultants BIM 360 platforms and/or company network- Management / Creation / Modification of Revit families- Management / Creation / Modification of Revit- Coordination and clash detection within BIM 360/ACC- As applicable, evaluate new BIM/CAD related software and technologies and stay informed on all new software and best practices- Work closely with the IT department to manage software products including but not limited to incorporating new version releases, service packs & customization of software- BIM standardization, automated routines, template development, updating, implementation & enforcement- Author and maintain project BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and collaborative documents to ensure effective communication between consultants, contractors, and clients- Lead/Host BIM coordination meetings internally and/or with consultants, contractors, and clients- Perform and track clash detection, coordination, and resolution- Collect/track files from architects/consultants- Provide file exchange between outside clients, architects, and consultants- Training Architectural Engineering and Interior Design staff in Revit/AutoCAD on best practices and efficiency workflows- Provide ongoing training to project teams in the use of BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc)- Attend project kick-off meetings to advise on BIM implementation- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and guidance for BIM workflows- Experience in combining and coordinating BIM updates, running clash detection on revised components, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders- Provide support for plotting and printing of deliverables- Test potential new hires software skills- Conduct initial design software training for new hires
