My commitment and passion for working in the higher education industry have prepared me for the challenge of providing leadership expertise to establish a campus environment in which students, faculty, and staff are empowered and supported. For over 20 years, I have strengthened student learning by promoting academic excellence, delivering inclusive programs and services, and fostering a supportive, student-centered learning environment across diverse university settings. Among my significant contributions is developing multiple initiatives that promote healthy decision-making among college students. These initiatives focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, student engagement, mentoring, campus leadership, recruitment/retention, crisis intervention, and student conduct. I have succeeded in collaborating with multiple entities to develop a marketable plan to increase our students\' employment opportunities.    My main responsibility for this position is to lead the innovation, operations, staff development, and brand recognition across higher education institutions. I identify digital services, student engagement needs, and advocate for K-12 and college-aged students. I also serve as the CEO\'s strategic advisor on continuous improvement projects, programs, and transformation initiatives, in addition to partnership collaborations with higher education institutions is an effort to promote student success.
