   The Foundation of a Healthy America is a not for profit organization whose goal is to educate and empower people to take charge of their health, their lives, and their futures. HEALTH Preventive healthcare is an example of taking charge of one\'s own life. If we can prevent medical problems by changing our lifestyle and nutrition, we can save ourselves and our loved ones from considerable pain and expense. By being proactive, we can live longer and live better.An example is macular degeneration of the eye - the leading cause of blindness in persons over the age of seventy. This can be prevented or lessened by the intake of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids as noted in multiple published, peer reviewed studies…Strokes and heart attacks can be reduced in frequency and severity by maintaining a proper weight, exercising, and not smoking. In 2012 more than 69% of Americans were overweight and 36% were obese - increasing every year at an alarming rate - smokers were 18% of the population.It is the goal of our organization to convey information to the general public and the healthcare community by means of special projects like Project Dental America and others.INCOMEThe educational system in America has always promised that a lifelong, lucrative position awaits those who obtain a degree, the more prestigious, the better, and go work for a company. This has failed.A company may or may not have ethical values or a mission that is truly difference making in society. A company may limit an individual\'s personal growth and development, confine him/her to a narrowly focused activity with little room for fulfillment, & restrict hours of freedom. Find your passion, something you are interested in or feel strongly about - a cause, a situation, even a person. There ARE always ways to create income from these areas; sometimes obvious; sometimes, with the help of others. They are there waiitng for you. And the really good news-> It’s no longer WORK, it’s FUN!
