WORK HISTORY
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach @Gallup
I have been using the CliftonStrengths Assessment for most of my career. As an apprentice to one of the best CliftonStrengths Coaches in the industry, I was first exposed to CliftonStrengths on an internal business trip to Italy and Germany. I saw the power of strengths in my life and in the lives of those who were exposed to it. I was then hired as a Career Coach at Point Loma Nazarene University and was formally certified then. Since then I have had over 250 coaching conversations with over 150 unique coaching clients. My coaching involves curiosity and self-discovery. I provide insights by asking engaging questions and by asking courageous questions to create change.
