ABOUT DANIEL MOSES
I am a Board Director, Founding Chairman and cross-border strategist with a proven track record of building and overseeing multi-million-pound real estate and investment structures across the United Kingdom, Africa and the wider diaspora. Over the last decade, I have provided strategic oversight for a personal and corporate portfolio exceeding £7 million and executed more than £14 million in property transactions, while raising and stewarding significant private capital from global investors. My leadership is grounded in strong governance, ethical decision-making and long-term value creation, supported by a Doctorate in Christian Leadership. At board and advisory level, I specialise in turning complexity into clarity whether structuring fractional real estate vehicles, guiding cross-border deals, or supporting organisations to design frameworks that protect investors while unlocking growth. I have chaired and contributed to discussions on risk management, capital allocation, portfolio strategy, ESG-aligned impact, and the disciplined use of leverage. My work combines on-the-ground operational insight with board-level thinking: protecting the downside while designing sustainable upside.Geographically, I operate at the intersection of the UK, Africa and the Middle East particularly Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya and the UAE. Sector-wise, my experience spans real estate investment and development (HMOs, commercial-to-residential, fractional ownership), property and financial education, diaspora capital mobilisation, and early-stage cross-border conversations around infrastructure, city development. I bring a unique lens on diaspora wealth, remittances and how governance structures can convert informal capital flows into bankable, compliant long-term investment.I am actively open to Remote Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board roles with publicly traded companies, private growth businesses, family offices and mission-driven institutions operating in real estate, property technology, financial services, impact investing and cross-border trade & investment between the UK, Africa and the UAE.
