ABOUT DANIEL LUDWIG

Daniel is a specialist lawyer for labour and employment law and specialises in advising national and international companies particularly on complex – also cross-border – restructuring projects. He has extensive experience regarding company demergers, transfers and alterations of business and undertakings and the related negotiations with trade unions and works councils on reconciliation of interests agreements, social compensation plans and transition agreements. In addition, one of the focal points of his work is the resolution of conflicts with trade unions and works councils, for example, in connection with the implementation of IT systems, the reorganisation of remuneration systems or the introduction of matrix structures and other agile organisational forms. This also includes conflict resolution via a conciliation committee. The strength of his advice results from his extensive experience, his organisational skills, his understanding of the client\'s business environment and his clear recommendations for action. Daniel is the author and (co-)-editor of numerous publications on restructuring and labour law. He is a regular speaker on collective bargaining issues and is also involved in the training of specialist lawyers. Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
