After years behind the pharmacy counter, I began to feel like something was missing. I watched patients pick up prescriptions month after month—often without real progress—and I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were just putting a Band-Aid on deeper issues.That’s what sparked my journey from PharmD to Functional Health Practitioner.Now, I help individuals who are tired of feeling exhausted, bloated, and unheard—people who know there has to be a better way to feel well but don’t know where to start. I help them get to the root causes of their health struggles through personalized plans that focus on gut health, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and sustainable lifestyle changes.The results? More energy, clearer minds, improved digestion, fewer symptoms, and the confidence that comes from finally understanding what their body needs to thrive.In addition to working 1:1 with individuals, I partner with employers to offer personalized corporate wellness programs that go far beyond basic step challenges or one-size-fits-all seminars. These programs support employees in creating real, lasting change—leading to healthier, more engaged teams and reduced absenteeism and healthcare costs. It’s a win-win: companies provide a truly invaluable benefit, and employees feel seen, supported, and empowered.I also mentor other health professionals interested in building cash-based services that deliver results and create deeper value for their patients and clients.Outside of my work with functional medicine you can find me volunteering for 4 Luv of Dog and the Great North Pole. I enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dogs, relaxing at home and exploring the country.I’m passionate about connecting with fellow professionals who believe that personalized, root-cause medicine is the future.
