I have a passion for collaboration to help drive scientific and technical innovation in the discovery, development, and manufacture of Advanced Therapeutic Medicines. As a scientifically focused business professional, with over 18 years of experience, my motivation and drive to succeed comes from making a difference to the lives of patients that can benefit from these Innovative Advanced Therapies. My career has covered a wide range of operational, technical, commercial, and corporate roles in positions of increasing responsibility, and in complex global regulated (GMP) environments.I have proven to be a successful key member of various leadership teams (company based and business unit), as well as succeeding in sole-contributor, and matrix management positions, resulting in a strong impact on people through strength in collaborative relationship building; strategic thinking & management; hands-on operational and technical management; collaborative innovation and R&D; Scientific & Technical Leadership; Coaching and mentoring.My experience spans site level roles to global roles in different countries and business divisions.
