He has a vast experience in consulting to many corporate advising on company law, Tax matters, banking law, FEMA, Custom law etc. Deepak is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience in the field of audit- Finance- Accounts. His expertise includes Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisition, Joint Venture, Virtual CFO, IPO etc. He has presented Papers in various international forums held at Japan, Dubai etc. Before Joining into practice worked in various reputed companies as senior management role and represented to board as KMP.He has worked in various reputed companies namely Ashok Leyland, IFB, Daimler, Mahindra, Unipres etc Presently Serving as Executive Council Member to MSME Business Forum India and also Part of Management team of various corporate to advise in business & finance matters. Deepak likes to read a lot during his leisure time apart from academic subject also his father Late Mr Apurba Ranjan Ray is a Sahitya academy awardee and author of 65 plus books in Oriya Language.
