I love acting as partner in crime for plotting and embarking on high impact projects, experiences, development journeys. For brave leaders on every level and organisations in transformation. To make innovating something we do daily. When working with clients I am bridging the worlds of business, art and social impact. My passion is to spot talents and to unleash (hidden) potential in present and future leaders. And my ambition is to change the way we work and lead - for the better.In art I am cutting and gluing collages. Also using this technique in coaching, branding, visioning or leadership workshops. This can be explored at or I will stay a sociologist forever - bringing sharp analysis and systems theory to the table to tackle the complexity of our times.I deeply care for diversity and inclusion with a focus on female empowerment and education for all.I am based in Munich, raising two wonderful girls, eating cake whenever possible.
