Over the last 14 years I\'ve worked closely with senior managers to deliver numerous change projects and programmes for Triodos Bank UK Ltd, a leading sustainable bank. For the past 7 years I’ve managed a team of project managers, each of whom leads a key change project or programme. Through my hands-on approach I ensure that business cases are realised, strategic priorities are met, and that our customers enjoy secure, convenient and impactful banking services.In 2012 I founded the careers website Jobs on Toast, with the aim of helping university researchers find professional work outside of academia. As a careers consultant I deliver talks, workshops and learning content for universities and professional organisations.In 2023 I was appointed a Director for Trowbridge Chamber Community Interest Company.
