I am an award-winning research methodologist and strategic education leader with demonstrated expertise building and leading effective research teams and partnerships. For over a decade, I have used mixed research methods (qualitative and quantitative) as tools to help improve experiences across K-12, university, community-based, and state government environments. I am honored to serve in a dual appointment at the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation. As Director of Program Evaluation and Educational Research, I lead all aspects of a 20+ member, soft-money funded team including ten full-time researchers, graduate research assistants, undergraduate interns, and consultants.
