I\'m part of Channel 3\'s senior leadership team. This includes leading and running a number of our NHS accounts; being SLT lead developing Channel 3\'s data offer and agile delivery methodology @enterprise; and operating as a C3 practice domain SME for National Health and Care Arms-Length Bodies and Local Government; and C3 practice product SME in digital and data strategy, target operating models, business case development, and portfolio, programme and project management.\\\\n\\\\nI\'m responsible for running multiple complex client deliveries; leading multidisciplinary delivery teams c.4-10 FTE + wider client blended teams; holding and managing project budgets; resource planning and management; business development for key areas of future growth identified in the C3 business strategy inc. value proposition development; sales and marketing including bid development, ITT competition lead; contract managing 3rd party delivery.\\\\n\\\\nMy current client activity includes: C3 lead supporting Digital Health & Care Wales [DHCW] and Welsh Government move into the next phase of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) Programme; and establish the new Digital Medicines Transformation Portfolio (DMTP) for Wales including national EPS and ePMA services. Developing Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset [BNSSG] ICB\'s Digital Strategic Case and 5 Year Digital Investment Plan for its entire digital portfolio, and business case for a new strategic data platform.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
