I’m the founder of the Center for Empowering Education and creator of the Emotionally Inclusive Practices™ framework—a systems approach that builds adult emotional intelligence, restorative communities, reflective awareness, belonging, trauma sensitivity, and equity pathways. My team and I partner with districts to reduce negative behaviors, strengthen culture and climate, and grow leaders who model the change they want to see.My journey started in poverty, was shaped by faith, and refined in classrooms as a special education teacher and later as a principal across multiple schools.
