I’m Dr Bev Taylor, a Chartered Psychologist and corporate well-being and menopause trainer, speaker and coach.My journey began back in 2008 during my first postdoctoral research role in menopause, where I saw first-hand how women’s experiences were often overlooked or misunderstood. That early work sparked my passion for creating more supportive workplaces.In 2021, I lost my brother to mental health challenges, a devastating moment that deepened my commitment to helping organisations prioritise well-being and open up conversations that truly matter.Now, I help organisations create happier, healthier and more inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
