As the Executive Director of LOVEboldly, I manage all fundraising initiatives including digital outreach, grants, and individual asks. I develop relationships and partnerships with pastors, church leaders, volunteers, and donors. I also create programs to engage internal and external stakeholders in the process of LGBTQ+ affirmation in the church. I build resources and write weekly essays to support individuals and congregations. I also contribute to the operations of the Board of Directors. I lead the professional staff and represent the organization at local, regional, and national events.A few of my accomplishments include:* Led the transformation of the organization from a centrist, not clearly affirming stance to a progressive, clearly affirming stance.* Achieved the status of Queer-led organization by recruiting and onboarding new board members and staff members.* Secured the largest pledged gift and the second-largest one-time gift in organizational history.* Created social media and graphic packages regarding Ohio General Assembly bills.
