In a nutshell what I\'d love: Using my health/clinical psychologist skills in a remote role to help society on a global scale, organizational development and may include: Clinical Sales & program/content development leveraging AI, and management of direct reports/interns/clinicians in an innovative organization that values its people and has friendly amazing people. The longer version: Accomplished and results-driven professional with expertise developing curricula and programs that serve as the basis for strong and effective learning environments, clinical work with patients and workplace wellness. In a vibrant corporate organization using my communication skills, organizational development skills, clinical, consulting, training, writing and presentation skills. I am part of an organization that is here to make the world a better place. Extensive experience with media and presentation skills. Achieved a reputation as a thought leader, authoring psychology/workplace wellness and science-focused content published in MSN, NBC, EuroNews, Cosmopolitan, and other high-profile media outlets. Highlighted- Coordinated programs to help clinical sales improve by engaging clinicians in interactive programs-Designed and themed a 3 day comprehensive curriculum for an conference of professionals on career direction; structured and wrote content, organized and designed all curriculum structure and materials, collaborated with creative teams, and presented in-person training to groups • Acted as Regional Director of Training, supervising a team of 15 direct reports; designed classes, training, and trained practitioners in applied methods in 1:1 and group supervision • Wrote health and workplace wellness content for articles featured in high profile media sources (Cosmopolitan, MSN.org, Psychosomatic Medicine, etc.) • Wrote training materials for over 100 healthcare staff and interns • Developed technical training for online continuing education including syllabus, course material, program overview and certification validation • Assess clients career aspirations and support in setting achievable goals in the workplace • Consult on potential career pathways and opportunities based on interest and expertise • Assist clients in personal assessment, counseling and clinical work • Group workshops • Work with global and local organizations, including telehealth startups and UNESCO\'S OWHC conference as invited expert.
