Patient safety is not a function.It is a responsibility — lived every day, in every decision, often when no one is watching.With over two and half decades dedicated to advancing patient safety, my professional journey has evolved from hands-on clinical patient care to leading global pharmacovigilance and medical information strategies across biosimilars and established medicines, spanning clinical development and post-marketing environments.I currently head Global Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information at Dr Reddy\'s Laboratories, where I work with global teams and senior leadership to strengthen risk management frameworks, ensure regulatory excellence, and safeguard patient health on a global scale.My leadership philosophy is rooted in compassionate and situational leadership. I strongly believe that sustainable excellence in pharmacovigilance comes from building people before building processes. Developing future leaders in patient safety remains central to my role and purpose.Enabled by INSEAD’s executive leadership education, combined with strategic management capabilities and a strong foundation in clinical medicine and patient safety, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational excellence in pharmacovigilance and risk management.At the heart of everything I do lies an unwavering commitment to integrity and patient welfare, ensuring that patients remain at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation, vigilance, and ethical decision-making.
