I\'ve spent 25 years on the shop floor — in over 50 facilities across Europe and beyond. What I\'ve learned: performance problems are almost never a process problem. They\'re a leadership problem. I work with CEOs, Plant Managers, and Operations Leaders in industrial environments who are serious about change. Not the kind that looks good in a presentation — the kind that holds when I leave. My approach is rooted in Lean and the Toyota Production System. But the real work happens in daily leadership behaviour: how leaders show up at the gemba, how they develop their people, how they set and maintain standards.
