I recently completed my MS in Engineering/Industrial Management from UNC Charlotte, blending solid academic training with real-world hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and process optimization.During my QA internship at Drov Technologies, I got to dive deep into the product development cycle, writing clear user guides and acceptance criteria in Confluence, tracking bugs and improvements in Jira, and collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure smooth transitions from testing to release. It was exciting to see how attention to detail and teamwork can make a real difference in product quality.My capstone project challenged me to optimize Mixed-Model Assembly Line Balancing (MMALB) by minimizing task times and reducing sequence-dependent setup durations. To achieve this, I applied the MTZ (Miller-Tucker-Zemlin) subtour elimination method from the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), a powerful approach for sequencing tasks efficiently and eliminating redundant setups. This helped improve throughput and operational flow in complex manufacturing systems.My strengths lie in quality assurance, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. I enjoy transforming ambiguity into structure and constantly look for ways to enhance system performance through practical solutions.Let’s connect!
