At RRCAT, Presently I am working on the development and commissioning of solid state amplifiers at 505.8 MHz and 650 MHz for Indus -2 and SNS project. I was also involved in Development of 350 MHz CW Klystrons and was responsible for RF design of 100 kW Klystron amplifier. I was involved in design and development of multiway power dividers and combiners and was also involved in RF characterization and optimization of 500W solid state RF amplifier modules developed at 505.8 and 650 MHz. Rigorous RF measurements were also performed for characterization and calibration of 30 kW and 50 kW CW solid state RF amplifiers assemblies which consists of integration of individual amplifier modules, power combiner-divider and directional couplers in individual racks (13kW).
