Factory Medical Officer-Management of health and safety of the employees, Employee wellness programme including the stress management which is named Resilience Training.Takes care of work place hygiene- shop floor, work station, maintenance areas, external environment and canteen.Health hazards identification and mitigation as per factory act and as apart of employee wellness, Emergency preparedness planning and training-First Aid Training for all the employees which includes BLS & AED handling, Stress management programme implementation- Yoga and Pranayama and Resilience training, Ergonomic assessment in the shop floor and work station- REBA scoring and necessary changes brought 80% decrease in musculoskeletal problems, Pre-employement and periodic medical examination as per factory act and as a part of employees wellness activity.Employee health management and business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic-I was instrumental in providing the right way of disinfection including the suggestion of the right chemical disinfectant, shop floor and work station arrangements, employee commutation guidelines and employee behavior training.Liaising with local health authorities.
