Developed Accelerated Reading Modules for 5-14 year old children in urban and rural West Bengal to bridge literacy gaps created at the time of the covid pandemic and building capacities of mentors to train field level educators on the same. Also training field level educators. More than 3500 children currently participate in the program across Kolkata and the Sundarbans and reading skills have improved dramatically.
